Private Journey Planner

Our client is looking to recruit a talented Private journey designer to create inspiring travel itineraries, and navigate clients through the sales process. The successful candidate will have previously worked
within the travel industry booking high value complex touring itineraries, and will have a passion for cultural and experiential travel - particularly in Israel and the Middle East. The Private journey planner will have excellent written and spoken communication skills; attention to detail; competent numeracy; a warm personality and talent for forming relationships.

As a Private journey planner you will be writing and pricing itineraries is at DMC level: the packages consists of many individual items each of which must be carefully considered and priced in order to create a full package (with the help of company software). You will have ability to Navigate clients through the sales process, this requires sophistication as bookings are high value and extremely complex. The ideal candidate will have experience in relationship management within the HNW and UHNW space (including PAs, family members etc), and will understand the subtleties and complexities of working with this demographic, as well as tour operators and travel agents. The Private journey planner will be able to manage suppliers as bookings involve out of the box solutions and bespoke experiences.

You will work to KPI's needing to be flexible in terms of working hours and be home based.
A salary of 35k plus dependant on experience plus 20 days holiday and bonus.
