About the Role:

You will be managing a team of c.10 with the view to expand up to 20-24 in the next year. Driving sales in a performance driven and rewarding environment. The main focus for the Head of Contact Centre Sales will be to ensure the consistent performance of the sales team is met, achieving monthly targets, both as individuals and as a team, coaching, supporting and motivating them.

Key Responsibilities Required:

• Lead a contact centre/ telesales team in a high performing sales focussed
environment
• Drive the team to achieve all business objectives and develop the telesales
representatives to fulfil their full potential at all times
• Assist the team in Identifying, building and maintaining strong sales pipelines
• Manage team meetings and weekly 1-2-1’s
• Be a driver of performance with the understanding of what motivates and
inspires a team
• Mentor and develop a team to deliver outstanding sales excellence
• Maximise sales and revenue opportunities at all times
• Continuously improve processes to optimise operational effectiveness, working
with the company to drive continuous improvements
• Where necessary, attend important client meetings to tender for business
• Grow the telesales team, interviewing and hiring and developing where needed
.
To apply you will have the following skills:

• Proven track record of leading telesales teams in a contact environment with
exceptional knowledge of B2B sales
• Successful track record in building and developing client relationships and new
business revenues.
• Excellent management experience
• Superb Interpersonal skills
• Highly effective communicator
• Be able to deliver effective change as required
• Be an outstanding relationship-builder and influencer
• Previous experience of working in a multi-client environment where campaigns
have had a sales focus
