Sales Executive – New Business Development

Luxury Adventure & Expedition Travel

We are working with an ambitious and rapidly growing expedition travel company that delivers world-class experiences for adventurous clients. As the business continues to scale, we are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales Executive to play a key role in generating new business and driving client engagement across the full customer journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and proactive sales professional to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team at a pivotal time of growth.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing incoming enquiries, and ensuring a high level of personalised service throughout the client experience. Ideal candidates will bring experience from luxury travel, hospitality, or experience-based sectors and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Business Development in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Proactively generate leads and convert sales through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
Respond to incoming enquiries from digital platforms, partner referrals, and in-store visits.
Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service at every stage of the client journey.
Guide clients through their travel experience, offering advice, support, and expert recommendations.
Communicate clearly and efficiently with clients across multiple channels.
Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to help refine service delivery.
Collaborate with broader teams to ensure smooth handovers and seamless operations.


What We’re Looking For:

A proven track record in new business development and sales.
A strong passion for building client relationships and delivering top-tier service.
Previous experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or adventure/experience-based sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative.
Strong time management and organisational abilities.
Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
Adaptable and flexible – comfortable in a growing, fast-evolving business.
A genuine interest in adventure travel and the great outdoors.
