Head of Revenue Management

Team: 1 direct report (Pricing Analyst)
A global adventure travel business is seeking a commercially focused Head of Revenue Management to lead pricing strategy and margin optimization across international markets.
The Role:
This senior position owns the sell-side commercial strategy—focusing on dynamic pricing, margin growth, cost control, competitor benchmarking, and data-led trading models. You’ll lead the development of a robust revenue framework that drives profitability by leveraging demand forecasting, price elasticity, and customer insight.
Collaboration across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance is key to align pricing and promotional strategies with wider business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement dynamic pricing models and Gross Margin growth strategy
Benchmark competitors and respond to market trends and demand shifts
Optimise product mix, pricing structures, and booking windows
Collaborate on cost management, FX impact, and margin improvement
Lead and mentor a Pricing Analyst, driving a data-led approach
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years in revenue management, pricing, or commercial strategy (travel, hospitality, or e-commerce preferred)
Proven success increasing gross margin and driving conversion through pricing
Strong analytical mindset, experience with BI tools and financial modelling
Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and leading commercial initiatives
