Head of Package Holidays

We seek a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to join a fast-paced, evolving travel business as the Head of Package Holidays.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the CCO and lead the strategy, growth, and commercial success of the package holiday division.

As the Head of Package Holidays, you will collaborate with key teams, including hotel, flight, and marketing, to create compelling holiday packages that drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also inspire and lead the sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional results.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and results-driven leader with a strong background in the travel industry to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement the strategic vision for the package holiday division.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed performance targets.
Work closely with hotel and flight teams to negotiate competitive rates and develop attractive package offerings.
Partner with the marketing team to drive customer engagement and brand growth.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to continually refine product offerings.
Drive innovation in package holiday creation and distribution to improve the customer experience and business performance.
Analyse performance metrics and provide insights, making data-driven decisions to optimise revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Key Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in growing a package holiday business.
Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, especially with hotel and airline partners.
A creative and innovative mindset passionate about driving change and embracing new opportunities.
Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
