Our client is seeking a VP, Sales, Marketing, and Growth to lead the strategic direction of their UK operations, focusing on achieving sustainable growth in the market. The successful candidate will spearhead commercial initiatives and align sales and marketing strategies to drive performance and expand the company’s market presence.
The role will include building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the company’s position as a leading player in the UK market.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
This position is based in London, with a requirement to work from the head office for a minimum number of three days.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve growth objectives, expand the company’s market share, and increase revenue in the UK.
Oversee the planning and implementation of sales and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with broader growth strategies.
Build and nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive performance and strengthen market positioning.
Analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, improve strategies, and ensure business objectives are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to growth.
Lead the implementation of B2B and B2C growth initiatives, managing the UK sales and marketing calendar and adapting plans as needed.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that drives results.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for ongoing optimisation.
