Our client is a leading travel brand looking for an Africa Specialist to look after their existing clients and build on their rapidly growing database.
As an Africa Specialist you will create memorable journeys, and deal with every aspect from initial contact to itinerates, travel arrangements and future trips.
You will have specialist destination knowledge of East Africa (Kenya and/or Tanzania), or South Africa and/or Botswana.
If you are passionate about travel, with a background in a travel sales environment as a travel consultant, reservations consultant or travel sales agent then please do get in touch asap.
Alternatively, you could also be a university leaver who has travelled extensively within Africa and has specialist destination knowledge of the region. If you have lived there, travelled extensively personally or worked as a tour guide in the region and have been really immersed in the destination, logistics, culture then this could be the role for you.
Key Requirements:
Sales driven and focused
Knowledge and experience of travel within Africa
A positive team player
Must be comfortable with personal presentation, as initial consults are via Teams
Articulate with a high standard of written English and excellent attention to detail
Keen to progress and develop a career within the travel industry
Enthusiastic and fun
Experience working with HNW clients preferred but not essential.
Proven sales experience with American customers desirable.
