Key Account Manager
Our client, a specialist travel brand with a solid presence across Europe, is keen to hire a dynamic and proactive Key Account Manager. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth, forging new partnerships, and retaining existing business.
Key Account Manager responsibilities include:
Build relationships with key travel industry players, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Provide a strong understanding of the company's products, industry competition, and positioning.
Respond to technical queries from travel partners and liaise with other departments for advanced technical support.
Work with colleagues at national sales offices in Europe
Oversee the implementation and launch phases.
Onboard new travel partners and assist with key API integrations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding
Participate in exchanges within the Key Account Management team.
Attend travel industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
As a Key Account Manager, you will have:
Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the travel industry.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
Industry market knowledge and business acumen.
Negotiation skills.
Knowledge of API connectivity is preferred but not essential in decision-making.
