MUST HAVE TRAVEL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

Address customer complaints promptly and courteously via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Conduct thorough investigations to understand the root cause of complaints, gathering necessary information and documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments to efficiently resolve customer concerns, including reservations, operations, and finance.
Offer empathetic assistance to customers, presenting solutions and alternatives to ensure a positive resolution.
Accurately document complaints and resolutions in our database or complaint management system.
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory resolution and ensure their satisfaction.
Identify and report trends or recurring issues in customer complaints to management for process improvement.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
Perform ad hoc duties as required.


Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or complaints handling within the travel industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on practical solutions for customer complaints.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of travel industry practices, including accommodations, transportation, and holiday packages.
Proficiency in computer systems, including complaint management software and Microsoft Office.
Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
