MBM Travel Executives have been instructed to find a Marketing Manager for a luxury travel company. As the Marketing Manager, you will work with the marketing team planning and delivering marketing objectives for the brand; duties will include:
Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager by responding to the commercial needs of the business, with the objective to drive conversions and increase ROI
· Grow the brand awareness across all channels, aligned with the Global brand guidelines and vision
· Maintain marketing budget, attributing even spend across B2B & B2C direct activity
· Manage key travel industry relationships with agencies and consortia. Reviewing partnership opportunities and planning joint marketing campaigns within budget
· Assist in supporting the Marketing Executive to fulfil all B2B responsibilities such as strategising and executing trade campaign initiatives, incentivising agents to increase bookings and driving up-sell opportunities
Marketing Manager key knowledge & skills Required:
· At least three years of experience in marketing
· People management experience
· Travel industry experience is desired
· Experience and understanding of media planning, budgeting, creative briefing, print production, digital advertising, and social media
· Experience in reporting and analytics, e.g., Google Analytics
· Good written and verbal communication, with an excellent eye for detail
· Highly organised with the ability to project manage, multitask, and prioritise
· Strong copywriting skills
