Director of Ecommerce and Product
Working closely with the MD and senior team in this well-established business in the Travel Industry, the E-commerce Director will own the digital strategy and support the MD and business owners in the design, delivery and delivery of growth plans and financial budgets, to help execute the overall strategy. The Ecommerce and Product Director will manage, lead, and accelerate growth in performance marketing and their leisure platform product to include CRO, data insights & UX/UI.
We are seeking a talented eCommerce director to define, develop and deliver online B2C presence, improve products, features, and capabilities to drive online sales and increase brand recognition, supporting online strategy. The role will develop and manage all aspects of consumer-facing online channels, namely, operations, marketing, technology, and functional aspects of the website.
We are seeking a candidate from a pure-play background with at least 10 years of experience working in an eCommerce environment, with at least 5 years at a senior level. Ability to create a product development strategic roadmap to drive cost-effective customer acquisition improved CVR and customer retention. You will have a deep understanding of digital marketing and product management. A proven history of managing CRO and site performance roadmaps as well as managing eCommerce P&L is also required.
Please note: Overseas travel will be required within this role.

People management will be essential for this role as you will be leading your team and ensuring they work with the common aim of growing the business to achieve the exciting targets in place.
