This opportunity offers remote working (with some hot-desking) joining a strong team of 30 in their CRM and Data division. Our client is looking for passionate, driven, Sales/Service cloud specialist to support their technical backlogs. This exciting role offers a mix of hands-on BAU requests (user set up, bug fixing, reporting, training / best practice share, database clarifications) as well as using Salesforce expertise to build solutions for global strategic projects & programs.
Salesforce Administrator Key Responsibilities:
·Actioning tickets relating to Sales and Communities cloud
·Supporting Product Owners with configuration
·Supporting Projects & Programs with CRM build
·Understand and assess regression impact of changes on the system across other functions/systems.
·Tracking issues and ensuring SLAs are met
·Creation of appropriate documentation
·User set up and permissions audits
·Identification of requests for system change to feed into the delivery lifecycle
·Supporting the transition to operations phases of new development/projects
Salesforce Administrator Key Skills Required:
·18 months Salesforce configuration experience.
·Proven technical capability using Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud product suite and platform.
·A deep functional understanding of the Salesforce Platform set up and best practices.
·Ability to analyse complex security and data models.
·Ability to assess regression & scalability impact of changes on other functions & systems.
·Configuration experience in Lightning & Classic.
·Broad knowledge of the platform including process builder, visual flows & workflow automations.
·A structured, process-driven approach to work with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
·Ability to communicate, train and explain issues/constraints to non-technical business stakeholders
·Salesforce Admin & Advanced Admin qualifications preferred.
