Based in Dublin, our GDS client is seeking a fluent GERMAN or DUTCH or GREEK speaking Inside Sales Account Manager to effectively manage/ grow commercial relationships and win new business over the telephone with a portfolio of existing SME customers in Europe. Inside Sales Account Manager responsibilities to include:
* Maintaining and retaining existing customers in Europe
* Proactively selling and promoting products/ offerings
* Adopting a pro-active stance in account management
* Seeking new business opportunities within existing accounts
* Understanding commercial requirements of every account
* Pro-actively responding to inbound dales leads
* Targeting prospective business
* Developing a new business sales plan
* Engaging with customer and prospects over the telephone to fully understand their business needs.
Inside Sales Account Manager Skills required:
* Excellent telephone skills
* Previous Sales Experience gained previously in the travel, GDS OR SaaS industry
* Understanding of GDS or Travel an advantage
* Superb interpersonal skills, possessing a high degree of self-motivation with the ability to respond to rapidly changing environment.
* Strong achievement against sales targets
* Fluency in either GERMAN or DUTCH or GREEK essential
