Sales Support Executive
Working for a leading, international travel business the sales support executive will provide sales support to the sales team and travel agents. This a fantastic opportunity to progress into a sales role in the future as the successful applicant will be expected to make outbound calls to agents and be on the road approximately 2-3 days a week spent working on account management - building own portfolio of agent accounts by making calls, visits and training. You will also act as a 'back up' for Sales Managers.
Sales Support Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Managing the sales and marketing budget
Managing agency sales email inboxes
Sending out agency agreements/ commercial terms
Managing meetings, booking meeting rooms
Working closely with marketing team to support and promote marketing campaigns
Sales development to include outbound calls, account management and visits
Planning and organising trade events
Sales Support requirements:
Travel experience essential
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised with impressive written and verbal communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft office products (Excel, Word Outlook & Powerpoint)
Knowledge of Sales Force an advantage
Time management skills
Flexibility to travel in the UK and overseas.
