Our North London based travel client is currently seeking a Senior Account Development Executive to work with high level clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Senior Account Development Executive will hold departmental responsibilities, be required to travel visiting clients or representing the company at travel trade events.
You will be responsible for:
Understanding and developing a strong commercial relationship with client at all levels.
Knowing the market, competitive landscape and pressures,working with the client to grow their business.
Meeting clients' requirements and matching this information with the business product base to ensure that the best possible itinerary is planned
Maximising sales revenue by suggesting additional services whilst keeping client satisfaction high.
Ensuring price and margin is competitive and profitable, within the company's pricing guidelines
Keeping the company CRM system updated and reporting systems:
The Senior Account Development Executive will be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. The candidate should be commercially astute, a great relationship builder, very sales driven and focussed with ability to be creative developing new ideas and implement these for clients.
The Senior Account Development Executive will come with 2 years account management experience with proven sales ability and commitment to results!
