Senior Digital Optimisation Analyst

The purpose of this role is to lead the onsite conversion optimisation for the business as well as develop, implement and manage online reporting tools assisting in the website performance and paid digital channels. Reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager the Digital Optimisation Analyst will be the key contact for the digital marketing and web development agencies and be responsible for the following:
Digital Optimisation Analyst responsibilities will include:
Managing a Digital Performance Marketing Executive
Developing, managing and implementing online reporting tools, ensuring key metrics are tracked and formulating dashboard analytics
Working with line manager to define the conversion rate optimisation strategy for the business
Monitoring site and performance channel conversion rates
Making recommendations for improvement
Monitoring analytics of customer journeys across the site
Testing website performance/ utilising A/B testing tools
Digital Optimisation Analyst Skills Required:
Confident using CMS/ Content Management systems like Kentico
Experienced in Web Analytics tools for example: Google analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau
Paid digital advertising experience to include PPC, affiliates, retargeting, programmatic and paid social
Experienced in using behaviour specific tools for heat mapping and page analytics (hitwise, similarweb, hotjar etc)
Skilled in A/B and MVT tools
An understanding of SEO, CRO and UX
Exceptional Excel skills
Worked with external agencies and be able to manage internally
Travel experience preferred.
