Airline Partnerships Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Airline Partnerships Manager to join a growing international travel business during a period of significant expansion.
This commercially focused role will be responsible for managing and developing key airline relationships, securing access to scheduled airline capacity, and supporting the continued growth of a global flight programme. Working closely with commercial, product, and revenue teams, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening airline partnerships and enhancing long-haul and multi-destination travel offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with scheduled and long-haul airline partners.
Negotiate commercial agreements, seat allocations, and contractual terms.
Collaborate with product, pricing, and revenue teams to optimise availability, profitability, and yield.
Identify and evaluate new airline partnership opportunities to support business growth.
Maintain a strong understanding of airline distribution models, ticketing processes, and GDS platforms.
Monitor airline partner performance and provide recommendations to maximise commercial results.
Represent the business at airline meetings, trade events, and industry networking opportunities.
Support the ongoing development and execution of the company's air strategy.
About You
Previous experience within airline partnerships, airline contracting, aviation commercial roles, or tour operator air product management.
Strong understanding of scheduled airline operations, distribution channels, and long-haul markets.
Experience working with leading international airlines and negotiating commercial agreements.
Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar platforms.
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and commercially driven environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary of £40,000 – £45,000.
