Global Product Director
Overview
A senior leadership opportunity for an experienced product professional to define and deliver a globally competitive travel portfolio. This role is accountable for driving revenue, margin, and customer growth through a high-quality, differentiated product offering.
The Role
You will own the strategy, performance, and evolution of the global product portfolio and supplier ecosystem. Operating at an executive level, you’ll balance long-term direction with short-term performance, ensuring the product supports commercial success and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead global product strategy and portfolio direction
Own commercial performance, including revenue, margin, and cost control
Drive product quality, differentiation, and customer experience standards
Develop and manage a high-performing supplier network
Build scalable operating models, processes, and governance
Use data and technology to inform decision-making and enable growth
Partner cross-functionally to align product with wider business strategy

Experience Required
Proven leadership in product strategy and portfolio management within a multi-market environment

Experience building scalable operating models and capabilities
Ability to influence at senior/executive level
Demonstrated success leading transformation and change
Desirable
Experience in travel, tours, or similar sectors
Exposure to technology-led transformation
Experience developing supplier or sourcing strategies
