We are looking for a hands on Team Leader to manage the Travel Prizes & Incentives team.
The role
Lead a small team delivering end-to-end travel prizes and incentives
Manage workloads, budgets, and timelines
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
Handle client and prize winner queries
Drive process improvements and service quality
About you
Experience in incentives, business travel, events, or similar
Strong organisation and communication skills
Confident, practical leader with high attention to detail
