General Manager – Travel Management Company (Leisure & Corporate)

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow a well-established Travel Management Company.
This senior role carries full responsibility for business performance, including operations, commercial strategy, client relationships, and P&L ownership. You will drive growth, optimise operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to leisure and corporate clients.
Key focus areas:
• Strategic leadership and business planning
• Leisure and Corporate travel operations and compliance
• Revenue growth, supplier negotiations, and client retention
• Full P&L responsibility and financial oversight
• Leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams
About you:
• Senior leadership experience within a Travel Management Company in both Leisure & Corporate travel
• Strong commercial and operational expertise in leisure and corporate travel
• Proven people leadership and financial acumen
• Strategic thinker and confident negotiator who is customer centric
• Experience in supplier management
