Marketing & Data Analyst
Our client a specialist travel company are looking for a highly analytical, data-driven Marketing & Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that improve marketing performance and customer growth.
Sitting at the heart of the marketing team, you’ll analyse data from multiple systems to inform investment decisions, optimise campaigns, and ensure the business gets maximum value from its data.
Key responsibilities
• Analyse marketing performance, customer behaviour and ROI across multiple channels
• Query and interrogate data (e.g. SQL, spreadsheets) to uncover trends and opportunities
• Build clear reports and dashboards for marketing and leadership teams
• Act as the main point of contact for marketing data, linking CRM, membership, booking and attribution systems
• Partner with marketing, commercial and digital teams to support data-led decision making and experimentation
Skills & experience
• Strong data literacy with experience analysing datasets from multiple sources
• Comfortable querying data and turning insights into clear, accessible reporting
• Organised, detail-focused and able to work independently and cross-functionally
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboards (Google Analytics a plus)
