We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to take ownership of the go-to-market approach and activate the brand in-market.
Reporting to the CMO, you’ll convert global brand and product strategy into locally relevant campaigns that generate demand, drive bookings, and support sustainable growth.
You’ll work in close partnership with Sales and central marketing teams to pinpoint priority opportunities, develop impactful regional messaging, and ensure marketing activity delivers clear commercial results. Acting as the regional voice, you’ll champion local customer insight and market dynamics across the wider organisation.
The role
Own and deliver the regional go-to-market strategy, defining target audiences, positioning, and key messages
Turn global brand and product plans into high-performing regional campaigns
Collaborate with Sales and Merchandising to focus on priority destinations, offers, and hero products
Support sales teams with region-specific messaging, tools, and campaign briefings
Capture customer, market, and competitor insights and translate them into action
Lead regional campaign and product launches aligned to seasonality and local demand
Measure, report, and optimise campaign performance to increase conversion and revenue
About you
5+ years’ experience in regional or commercial marketing
Demonstrated success delivering go-to-market strategies
Commercially focused, with confidence using data, CRM, and performance insights
Strong collaborator with clear, persuasive communication skills
Highly organised, proactive, and accountable for outcomes
