We’re looking for a visionary Director of Travel to lead global strategy, drive international growth, and elevate client experiences in the luxury travel space. This senior role reports directly to the founders and plays a key part in shaping the company’s future.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and grow a high-performing travel team across key global markets
Expand operations in Europe, the US, and emerging destinations
Build strong relationships with HNW/UHNW clients and luxury partners
Collaborate across sales, product, and operations to deliver exceptional experiences
Drive revenue growth and contribute to overall business strategy

6+ years in senior-level travel or luxury leadership roles
Proven track record of commercial success and team leadership
