A leading luxury travel brand is seeking a Sales Director to join its senior leadership team during a period of rapid, profitable growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a high-end, design-led travel company, redefining travel for a global audience.
What you’ll do:
Lead and grow a high-performing sales team
Drive digital and bespoke luxury sales (AOV £20–30K)
Personally handle select VIP enquiries
Optimise CRM (Salesforce preferred) and conversion strategies
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Ops, and Product teams
Influence company direction at the leadership level
What we’re looking for:
Senior sales leader from a premium/luxury travel background
Strong digital, tailor-made, and direct sales expertise
Hands-on and commercially driven
Experience in a scaling business (£10–30M turnover)
CRM-savvy with strategic insight and operational rigour
