Location: Remote (with 1 day/month in-person team meet-ups)

Our client a leading outdoors specialist who also offer special interest holidays, is searching for a Product Manager. You’ll play a key role in shaping and managing their growing portfolio of small-group holidays across Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and refine exciting itineraries worldwide
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate competitive rates
• Monitor trip quality, customer feedback, and commercial performance
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations
• Ensure all trips align with our sustainability values and safety standards
About You:
• 3+ years’ experience in travel product development or tour operations
• Strong commercial and organisational skills
• Passion for walking and immersive travel
• Confident communicator and collaborative team player
• Understanding of group tour logistics, budgets, and contracting
