Commercial Manager
Our client, a leading specialist travel provider are searching for a Commercial Manager to join their busy team. This company is dedicated to driving financial and commercial growth while enhancing their products for customers so require someone with a real eye for opportunity to join their team. As a Commercial Manager, you’ll be a vital part of the senior leadership team, overseeing the commercial performance of the business. This includes pricing, yield management, revenue optimisation, and forecasting. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping new processes, driving performance, and supporting key decision-making to maximise sales, revenue, and margins.
Commercial Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Manage pricing, margin, and revenue performance for holidays
• Monitor booking trends, create performance reports, and recommend adjustments
to meet targets
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for UK properties and overseas trips
• Drive business through strategic promotions and sales campaigns
• Collaborate with key teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to align on
strategy and performance
About You:
• This role is analytical and requires someone who is commercially minded with
leadership experience and strong change management skills and the ability to
optimise processes.
• Experience in managing a small team and developing new models and strategies
should be in your DNA.
• Previous experience within a Holiday brand is required.
