API Technical Account Manager
Location: Eastern Europe (Poland OR Romania OR Slovakia OR Ukraine)

Key Responsibilities:
Performance & Product Strategy: Measure key customer and site performance to develop clear product and technical strategies to increase business volumes.
API & Integration Management: Maximise product distribution from a technical standpoint, and coordinate closely with clients and the onboarding team during integration. Monitor clients' API performance on a day-to-day basis.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance during the integration of products and services, collaborating with subject matter experts when necessary to resolve complex issues.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Support, and API Development teams to troubleshoot and resolve post-go-live technical issues.
Client Engagement & Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact for clients and tech teams in your region regarding API-related queries, while also handling any commercial or technical concerns impacting sales.
Reporting & Communication: Identify priority issues and report to HQ for resolution, ensuring that any potential risks are addressed and mitigated in a timely manner.
API Technical Account Manager Skills Required:
At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role in the Travel Sector
Solid knowledge of technologies such as REST APIs, XML, JSON, and related tools.
Experience working with databases and SQL.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and address complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain technical issues to diverse audiences.
