Head of eCommerce Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute eCommerce strategies for traffic growth, conversion optimisation, and retention.
Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, PPC, social media, and data-driven campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
Customer Experience: Drive improvements across B2C and B2B platforms, focusing on UX and mobile optimisation.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing eCommerce team.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to inform strategy and measure performance.
Collaboration: Align eCommerce with sales, marketing, and tech teams.
Innovation: Explore new tools and trends to enhance performance and user journeys.
Head of eCommerce Requirements
Proven experience leading eCommerce in a high-growth environment, ideally in travel or leisure.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and customer journey optimisation.
Skilled in managing eCommerce projects, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Power BI, and project management frameworks (Agile, PRINCE2).
