You’ll ensure timely and accurate ticketing, provide air travel support, and handle quality control to maximize cost savings and minimize errors. The role also includes managing GDS queues, processing refunds, and supporting operational projects.
About You:
• Previous travel ticketing experience with expert knowledge of Amadeus GDS.
• Skilled in fare structures, manual fare builds, and queue management.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and commercially savvy.
• Experience in the luxury travel sector is a plus.
