Regional Destination Manager

Our client, a leading luxury travel company is seeking a Regional Destination Manager to develop and boost their European tailor-made travel offerings. You will be responsible for developing innovative destination strategies that create memorable experiences, encouraging guests to travel with them repeatedly. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of high-end travelers and a passion for crafting exceptional, unique travel experiences that surpass client expectations.

Regional Destination Manager Responsibilities Include:
• Continuously refine our European tailor-made travel products based on guest
feedback and sales insights.
• Partner with the Product Director on strategic initiatives for the product portfolio.
• Provide reports on trends, progress, and regional themes.
• Offer training, documentation, pricing, and flight routing support to sales teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing on digital/print campaigns and secure supplier
marketing deals.
• Regularly update the team on product developments and competitor analysis,
while managing supplier relations.
• Create and update product copy for the website, enhancing SEO and guest
engagement.
• Plan and oversee fam trips and attend supplier events, trade shows, and
international travel.

As a Regional Destination Manager, you will:

You bring proven experience in product management, particularly in tailor-made travel, with strong leadership skills. You excel at building relationships with suppliers and colleagues, possess commercial acumen, and are adaptable to industry trends.

Key requirements for this role include:
• Extensive experience in product management and tailor-made travel, within the
luxury market.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Commercial expertise and negotiation experience within a similar travel business.
• Excellent internal and external relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a forward-thinking mindset.
