Ticketing Manager
Our client a leading luxury travel company who are known for the high quality of products they offer are seeking a Ticketing Manager to lead and support their ticketing team. You will manage the operations of the ticketing department, ensuring accurate, efficient, and professional support for all travel programs within the travel business.
Ticketing Manager Responsibilities include:
• Oversee the daily operation of the ticketing team, ensuring high levels of
performance and accuracy.
• Lead, manage, and support a team of ticketing executives to meet company goals.
• Assist the ticketing team with daily tasks, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales teams to resolve air-related issues and queries efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal company procedures.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements to optimize ticketing operations.
Ticketing Manager Key Requirements include:
• Proven experience in ticketing and travel management, with leadership experience
preferred.
• Excellent understanding of air ticketing procedures and travel systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus ideally) is necessary for this role.
