As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll assist Direct Clients and Travel Agent Partners, handling booking inquiries, sales calls during weekends, and ensuring seamless service.
Customer Services Consultant Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service to clients and agents.
Manage booking inquiries and pre-departure calls.
Respond to emails and handle overflow sales calls.
Assist with reports and operational tasks.
Customer Services Consultant Key Requirements:
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, communication skills, and GDS experience.
Ability to upsell and handle pressure.
Flexibility to work in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work on a Rota Basis 37.5 hours per week between Monday – Sunday.
