If you are driven by sales and delivering outstanding customer service, our client would love to meet you. They are seeking experienced sales consultant to serve Direct Clients and Travel Agent Partners with professionalism and care.
Travel Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and provide excellent service for new booking enquiries.
Maximize sales through upselling and cross-selling.
Achieve monthly sales targets across various products.
Manage enquiries and callbacks promptly.
Assist with crisis events when needed.
Use Microsoft programs, especially Excel, for daily tasks and data entry.
Support teammates and handle overflow customer service calls.
What You Bring:
Focus on both service quality and accuracy in bookings.
Proven travel sales experience
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft programs and GDS knowledge.
Willingness to work 37.5 hours per week on a rota, including weekends.
