Financial Manager - Operations
We’re looking for an exceptional Finance Manager who will join our client who are a well-known and well-respected travel brand who focus on everything in the outdoors. This role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast growing and ambitious travel company. Growing at rapid speed across many countries, this role is for a proactive Finance Manager to lead the accounts payable and receivable operations team.
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for developing the finance operations team and pioneer building a collaborative and efficient working process. The role offers lots of opportunity to grown and progress within the wider team moving forward too.
As a Finance Manager, you will:
* Experience within a similar role and enjoyed a fast-paced working environment, with
travel background would be highly desirable
* Experience with managing people within an accounting role is essential, worth strong
excel skills and knowledge of Oracle NetSuite would be desirable
* Ideally, you’ll come from a travel background, but if not be passionate about travel
and the outdoors would be a real positive
You will have a passion for travel and the outdoors, even if you don't specifically come from a travel business. Within such a specialist travel brand, it's tough to not love the products they offer.
Being an office-based role (4 days in office 1 remotely), they offer lovely fresh newly refurbished offices and with great facilities. The role offers a fantastic base salary with great additional benefits too.
