Learning & People Development Business Partner
Due to exceptional growth, our client is looking for a talented People Development Business Partner to join their motivated and driven team. Working for a leading, global travel company, you’ll support the delivery and design of their People Development Strategy, covering a broad range of learning activities and delivering best-in-class talent development opportunities.
They are seeking impactful communication, someone who can build strong relationships with the ability to engage and drive positive results through people.
People Development Business Partner Duties to include:
Designing and facilitating a blend of learning programmes
Onboarding – Supporting the on-boarding programmes with key learning activity
Courseware – In collaboration with Group colleagues, pro-actively managed a Learning Management System (LMS)
Support a culture of learning & performance
Conduct regular needs analysis with all business units to benchmark current capability and identify future development needs for both rising stars and more specific groups
Manage supplier relationships and drive performance with relevant training providers
To apply for this fantastic opportunity, you will have experience working in a learning function and preferably have a qualification in Learning or CIPD. You will be a confident communicator and experienced in coaching and mentoring in a high-performing environment and knowledge of an LMS (learning management system such as Articulate, Storyline Rise Etc)
