MBM Travel Executives has been instructed by one of its key clients, a global travel organisation to find a talented, People and Culture Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to develop an innovative and forward-thinking team in an ambitious and fast-paced company.
As the People & Culture Manager, you will lead the people function, creating a great employee experience where people can be their authentic selves. The role will be responsible for aligning the people strategy with the goals of this business, providing HR guidance and advice to staff and to the leadership team. This role can be either fully remote or hybrid-working from their offices in Scotland.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, employee relations, assessing L&D needs of employees and developing Learning & Development products, working with the talent acquisition team to devise and deliver recruitment strategy, developing a suite of HR metrics, maintaining the pay plan and benefits programme, policy production & implementation, legal compliance and ensuring a high standard is maintained for the teams working environments be that at head office or home, including well-being, Health and Safety/ risk assessments, equipment audits and other facilities.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
TRAVEL experience preferred but not essential
CIPD Level 5 accreditation or equivalent
Strong knowledge of HR compliance
Experience working for an SME
Experience devising and implementing D&I and sustainability
A hands-on self-starter
Experience auditing, implementing and working with HR systems.
