We are delighted to be searching for a Private Travel Manager for our luxury travel client.


This role is part of an exclusive, private, VIP arm of the business and offers the right candidate, a fantastic opportunity to not online organise and manage the travel needs of the client, but also attend networking opportunities within this highly exclusive, invitation-only, worldwide members group.

The Private Client Manager will arrange exclusive, private dinners and events in various locations, promoting some of the clients finest properties globally to the most affluent and loyal clients.

The role will provide an exemplary level of client service.


Private Luxury Travel Manager - Key Responsibilities:

·Differentiating and reinforcing the attraction of the members club on a consistent basis through a comprehensive understanding of the business, client requirements, ideas and trends

·Identify innovative ways of improving the client experience

·Organise and host private dinners for prospective and current clients

·Visit clients at locations to suit the client, being prepared with travel ideas to inspire and engage the client

·Proactively re-engage with the prospect database to help continue to grow the Club

·To be responsible for the customer journey of every client throughout the whole sales process, providing a consistent and excellent level of service

·Be aware of all ABTA guidelines and timelines where necessary

·Identify any problem areas and liaise with the Product Managers as necessary to ensure issues are addressed

·Help, prepare for - and attend client events and provide feedback/information on their requirements/plans etc

Private Luxury Travel Manager - Required Skills:

·A minimum of five years luxury travel experience required

·Experience of client acquisition preferred but not essential

·A positive team player

·Articulate and creative

·Exceptional attention to detail
