Digital Product Manager
Following an aggressive acquisition strategy of this leading online travel brand, our client, we are excited to help with their product team expansion plans, and on the hunt for talented Digital Product Managers.
We are seeking dedicated Product Managers for the brand, responsible for driving innovative, value-led roadmaps, focusing on the realisation of customer and business value and embedding innovation into the brand strategy.
We are looking for someone with experience in developing products on behalf of a B2C travel business with an in-depth knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and the roadmap for delivering the Product Vision. You need to have a passion for products that drives you to create great products customers love, ensuring that customer needs are reflected in the Product Roadmap and that the Roadmap is aligned to their strategy.
To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
Demonstrable Product Manager experience, ideally working in the Online travel arena, but with a strong e-commerce background.
A strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle and be able to articulate the process required to ensure a focus on customer and business value from setting the product vision through, feasibility to maturity and retirement.
Ability to build a roadmap from scratch with the business, making independent decisions within a group framework.
The ability to prioritise and make trade-off decisions independently and in conjunction with key stakeholders
Results and outcome focussed and motivated by commercial success
Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Scaled Agile etc.
Excellent communication skills, able to develop good relationships with stakeholders at all levels across multiple locations
Strong data manipulation and interpretation skills, including the ability to access and read diverse data sets and use them to inform decisions
Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Strong work ethic with a real commitment to continuous improvement
