This is a newly created role working for a leading global travel organisation as an eCommerce Performance Specialist. Joining the digital team responsible for the day-to-day management of the website. The successful candidate will be accountable for onsite performance, delivering a world-class experience for our client’s customers.
Ecommerce Performance Specialist Responsibilities to include:
• Reviewing on-site behaviour and key customer challenges to help drive the prioritisation of the development backlog.
• Responsible for monitoring the daily performance of the website
• Onsite merchandising and trading performance, for example, banner clicks, traffic behaviour, conversion triggers etc) to help decisions at trading meetings around future marketing plans to improve performance growth and ROI.
• Manage landing page development by working with the marketing and commercial teams to improve quality traffic acquisition and content.
To apply you will have at least 2-3 years working in a similar role as an Ecommerce Performance Specialist. Experienced in digital trading, strong stakeholder management and an analytical mindset. Travel industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
