Head of E-commerce
Our client, an online retailer with over 15 million customers worldwide with impressive year on year revenue growth for the last three years, is searching for a highly knowledgeable Head of E-commerce to support them in their ambitious growth plans. Joining this entrepreneurial, fast-paced PE-backed business, the Head of E-commerce will report directly to the Marketing Director and be responsible for several direct reports and an external agency.
The Head of eCommerce will be a commercial and creative individual who can refine and execute the eCommerce strategy and develop the full marketing plan across all channels to include PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display, Email and Social Media. The role will also involve optimising sales, measuring performance, defining the strategy for their online store, ensuring that the brand is positioned correctly across all touchpoints, understanding conversions and improving on them, and identifying A/B and multivariate testing opportunities.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have direct experience from the eCommerce retail industry, demonstrating building an e-commerce business with an in-depth understanding of user behaviour and the eCommerce landscape. You will be resilient, self-motivated with impressive analytical skills.
