Commercial Sales Manager

Responsibilities as a Commercial Sales Manager will include:
• Inspiring and developing the team, leading a small team to exceed targets
• Collaborating with the Operations Manager to enhance retention rates
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Developing activation plans with Marketing and Sales Consultants
• Managing pricing and discounting requests, monitoring competitor movements and market Trends, analysing performance data, providing insights on market trends
• Assisting in budget creation, driving continuous improvement, fostering relationships with other teams, and representing the company at external events.
• Management of a small team – so previous experience will be necessary
The role for Commercial Sales Manager is a full-time position (35 hours per week) and will work 4 days in the office 1 remotely. Ad hoc travel may be required from time to time, on request.
